Welcome to Winchester Hills! A wonderful, established neighborhood with a diverse range of residents. The two phases and 172 homes provide a sense of community while still offering enough space for everyone.
Having wide, tree-lined streets adds to the charm and beauty of the neighborhood. Trees not only enhance the aesthetics but also provide shade and contribute to the overall environmental well-being. The pathways and park areas provide an area for all residents to enjoy! It's great to hear that Winchester Hills has prioritized these features.
With a mix of original owners, renters, and families with school-aged children, Winchester Hills has a vibrant and dynamic community. The variety of residents brings different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, creating a rich and diverse neighborhood.

Tract A: Winchester Hills Park
Phase One has been Completed!
Winchester Hills Park
We are pleased to announce the completion of Phase One of the park. The swings have now been adjusted! Please do let us know if they still seem too low.
Exciting updates regarding our playground developments: after careful consideration and discussions, the board successfully negotiated with the playground contractor to take back and refund the cyclone climber. Unfortunately, there was not enough space to meet safety zone requirements for its installation. We appreciate your understanding as we prioritize safety and compliance in our park's layout.
Looking forward, the park committee and board are finalizing the details to order a new play structure, with installation expected no later than early summer. As we continue to enhance our community space, the 2026 budget hopes to include plans for additional features such as benches and a pergola over the concrete pad area.

Park At Tract C: Current Park
Sunrise Park
We are thrilled to announce the completion of the Community Library at Sunset Park! A huge thank you to Eagle Scout Keith for his dedication and hard work in adding this valuable asset to our community. The library box, conveniently located between the play structure and the picnic table just off the pathway, is now ready for everyone to enjoy.
In addition to this wonderful addition, the board is actively addressing maintenance needs within the park. We are currently awaiting a response from a licensed handyman to undertake minor repairs on the play structure, including necessary pressure washing and painting.

Who’s Kevin? The largest former avian resident of Winchester Hills. Where did he come from? Who really knows? Where did he go? For many years he was a lovely resident and is greatly missed!
